This portal is for all clients who have booked services. Before your dog's service, we kindly ask you to complete the below. Please also carefully read and follow the packing list and drop-off + pick-up procedures at the end of this page.
Please fill this out to help us provide the best care for your furry friend. It should take about 10 minutes to complete.
We want to ensure that all our dog guests are healthy and do not pose a risk of spreading any illnesses. We require proof of standard vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza, Bordetella, and Leptospirosis), flea/tick medication, and negative fecal test. Please send all documentation via email or text message.
Please remit payment at drop-off. For certain services, we do require a non-refundable down payment to secure dates. We accept cash and Zelle as our preferred payment sources. Venmo is available as needed.
🦴Food for your dog's entire length of service plus extra--you never know if your dog will need to stay longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
🦴We have a wide variety of treats to provide your dog during their service. However, if they have special dietary needs, please pack your preferred treats.
🦴All dogs must come on a flat collar with ID tags and a leash. These are required and important for your dog's safety.
🦴We have a wide variety of dog beds and blankets, many super chewer dog toys, and crates of various sizes. Please refrain from bringing any of these items from home. If you choose to bring these items, we are not responsible for any damage that my occur.
🦴Drop-off and pick-up is by appointment only. Please do not show up unless we pre-plan a time. Any changes more than 10 minutes from scheduled time must be communicated with us.
🦴Please send text when you have arrived. Wait in your vehicle until we meet you.
🦴All dogs must come out of your vehicle on a leash. Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping your dog on the sidewalk or driveway until they are in the yard.
